Helping people feel better
After a sexual assault, it is common for people to feel dirty, ashamed, and scared. I understand how painful that can be to live with. You might feel anxious all the time or worried about what is going to happen next. So many things remind you of the assault and you wonder about how you are supposed to "get over it". Maybe you have a hard time now relating to others and worry you might be permanently damaged or broken. Reaching out to me means getting your life back on track, healing, and restoring a sense of wellbeing and safety.
