Groups

"The problems we feel most alone with are, by definition, a shared reality with millions of others, separated by shame and shyness."

- Alain de Botton

Group therapy is a powerful treatment modality which can help you feel connected, validate your feelings, and normalize your struggles while also learning together with others strategies for coping with challenges. With groups you can draw on the wisdom of others, create deep bonds, and share your experiences in a safe environment built out of mutual support and compassion. Group therapy is particularly effective for clients who feel isolated which is why Rachel is passionate about providing group support to new parents who often can feel alone, anxious, or depressed during the intense postpartum period. She is equally passionate about connecting victims & survivors of harassment and abuse in the work place as this too can lead to a sense of shame, guilt, or aloneness that groups can help challenge.
